摘 要:通过火试金法富集出贵金属合粒,再根据实际条件选择用伏尔哈特法或电位滴定法测出银含量。分别对称样量、灰吹温度、试剂加入量等进行条件实验,最后探索到了适合含铂、钯的冰铜检测的最佳实验条件。通过加标回收率实验验证了本方法的准确度,其加标回收率为:99.39%~99.77%,相对标准偏差为:0.48%~1.28%。最后形成了一个准确度高、科学实用的分析方法,对日常检测具有非常大的指导意义。The fire assay enrichment method was adopted to enrich precious metal granulation and to select the silver content measurement method from the Volhart method or potentiometric titration method according to actual conditions.Condition tests were carried out separately for sample weight,soot-blowing temperature,agent addition amount,and so on,and finally,it probed the best experiment conditions for the detection of platinum and palladium-bearing copper matte.Using the addition standard recovery rate to verify the method's accuracy,its addition standard recovery rate is 99.39%~99.77%,and the relative standard deviation is 0.48%~1.28%.Finally,a scientific and practical analysis method with high accuracy was established,it has great guiding significance for daily detection.
