摘  要:针对北方锌电解含锰较高,易在阳极板表面形成硬锰壳而难以清洗脱除的问题,特设计了阳极板链打装置,实现了位置检测、起升控制、链轮捶打等一系列精准动作自动除锰壳,机器完全代替人工打板,降低了劳动安全风险,装置使用后打板除锰壳速度较人工提升了51.04%,槽电压降低了3.79%,直流电耗降低了5.07%。The north zinc electrolysis has high manganese content,it is prone to form hard manganese shells and it is difficult to clean and remove,so a special chain-drop hammer device for anode plate was designed,the manganese shells can be removed automatically by a series of precise operation by using this device that position location,lifting control,chain-drop beating,and so on,manual work can be replaced by machine completely,the labor risks can be avoided,the manganese shells'removal speed increased by 51.04%compared to manual operation,the cell voltage decreased by 3.79%,the DC power consumption decreased by 5.07%.
