气箱脉冲袋除尘器的性能研究及应用

摘　　要：针对选矿车间扬尘高的问题,采用气箱脉冲袋除尘器进行综合治理。使用除尘器后,烟尘浓度平均降幅94.60%,烟尘排放量平均降幅98.99%,烟尘排放指标的优化有效缓解了粉尘对职工身体健康的危害,减轻了环保压力。A plenum pulse dust bag collector was applied for comprehensive treatment due to the dust problem of a mineral processing workshop.After dust collector worked,the average fume concentration declines at 94.60%,the average dust emission declines at 98.99%,the optimization of dust emission can effectively alleviate the harm to employees'healthy,it also reduces the pressure on environmental protection.
