摘 要:针对铁水中石墨析出率偏低的问题,结合石墨析出率影响因素分析及高炉操作工艺制度,通过提高铁水中碳含量、硅含量及铁水温度等措施,采取“五高一低一适宜”控制方法,在保证正常铁水质量的前提下合理利用铁水中石墨析出的条件,有效促进了石墨的析出,实施应用后石墨析出率提高了32.31%,取得了显著效果。The graphite precipitation rate in the molten iron is low,combined with the influence factors for graphite precipitation rate,and the operation process system of the blast furnace,the following measures were taken to increase the carbon content,silicon content,and molten iron temperature of molten iron,adoption of control methods that"five high,one low,one proper",the conditions for graphite precipitation from molten iron can be reasonably used with the guarantee of normal molten iron's quality,then the precipitation of graphite was promoted effectively,the precipitation rate of graphite was increased by 32.31%after measures are applied,it gets the obvious results.
