摘 要:针对深井强采动大变形巷道修复加固问题,以葫芦素矿井21205辅运巷为工程背景,采用综合方法研究,分析了深井强采动大变形巷道顶板分区化破坏特征,形成了强采动巷道破碎顶板结构重建对策,针对性提出了厚层时效预应力全长锚固控制技术。强采动巷道破碎顶板由浅及里共划分3个分区。基于分区化破坏特征,形成了以“清除岩体碎裂扩容区”、“浅注岩体弱化裂隙区”、“深锚岩体弹性承载区”等相应手段来重建顶板承载结构。基于常规锚杆索加装新型锚注结构,实现先端锚预紧、后全锚承载的厚层预应力全长锚固,实现深浅部岩体协同承载。工程实践表明,巷道顶板表面及内部岩体稳定性较好,取得了良好的修复及支护效果。Aiming at the problem of repair and reinforcement of large deformation roadway in deep mine strong mining,take auxiliary haulage roadway 21205 in Hulusu coal mine as the engineering background to clarify the zoning damage characteristics of the roof of large deformation roadway in deep mine strong mining with the methods of field investigation,theoretical analysis and engineering practice.The reconstruction countermeasure for broken roof structure of strong mining roadway is formed,and the full-length anchoring control technology of time-effective prestress in thick circle is put forward.The broken roof plate of strong mining roadway is divided into 3 zones from shallow to deep.Based on the damage characteristics of the zoning,Formed the corresponding means to rebuild the roof bearing structure by"removing the fracture expansion zone of the rock body","shallow injection of the rock body to weaken the fissure zone",'deep anchoring of the elastic bearing zone of the rock body"and so on.Moreover,based on the conventional anchor ropes retrofitted with a new type of anchoring structure,it realizes thick prestressing full-length anchoring with apex anchor pre-tensioning and rear full-anchor bearing,and realizes of synergistic bearing of deep and shallow rock mass.The engineering practice proves that both the stability of the surface and internal rock mass of the roadway roof are good,showing good repair and support effect.
