摘 要:基于昊兴塬矿迎采动巷道的工程背景,介绍了11^(#)煤层11102回风巷道的基本地质特点,设计、研究了巷道迎采动掘进过程中的变形破坏特征,探讨、分析了巷道区域应力场演化规律。采用现场勘测、数值模拟及工程试验等方法,监测分析了巷道迎采对掘时的变形特征,数值计算了巷道区域应力场演化情况,表明巷道迎采对掘时受到上工作面超前、侧向及滞后支承压力影响,且在采动影响阶段围岩动压剧烈,煤柱侧较实体煤侧应力集中更明显。根据巷道迎采对掘时差异化的应力场特征,提出了分段加强支护技术,主要采用高强度锚杆索、π型钢梁与注浆加固等方式联合支护,有效地改善了围岩应力环境,满足了矿井的安全生产。Based on the engineering background of the open mining roadway in Haoxingyuan mine,the basic geological characteristics of 11102 return airway in No.1l coal seam are introduced,the deformation and failure characteristics of the roadway during the mining advance are designed and studied,and the evolution law of regional stress field in the roadway is discussed and analyzed.By using the methods of field survey,numerical simulation and engineering test,the deformation characteristics of mining facing excavation are monitored and analyzed,and the evolution of stress field in the roadway area is numerically calculated.The results show that mining facing excavation is affected by the leading,lateral and lagging abutment pressure of the upper working face,and the dynamic pressure of the surrounding rock is intense during the mining influence stage,and the stress concentration on the coal pillar side is more obvious than that on the solid coal side.According to the different stress field characteristics of the roadway,the segmented strengthening support technology is proposed,which mainly adopts the combination of high-strength anchor cable,r-type steel beam and grouting reinforcement,which effectively improves the stress environment of the surrounding rock and satisfies the safety production of the mine.
