摘 要:为掌握急倾特厚煤层巷道的合理拱形结构,以王家山煤矿为工程背景,通过现场调查和力学分析,提出了巷道合理拱轴线解析计算方法,基于FLAC3D软件分析了合理拱形断面的效用机制。结果表明:陡(急)倾煤层巷道围岩变形整体均呈现显著非对称分布,巷道围岩内“承载拱”整体呈现“偏压”的非对称受力特征,简化为顶部受非均布荷载作用的三铰拱结构,可推出合理拱轴线解析计算方程;合理拱轴线线形受荷载分布、巷道拱高和跨度影响显著;急倾煤层中巷道采用合理拱形顶可诱导垂直应力向急倾煤层两侧的坚硬顶底板岩层转移,诱导水平向应力向巷道底部煤体中转移,达到提高巷道围岩稳定性和有效控制围岩变形的效果。In order to master the reasonable arch structure of laneway in steep and thick coal seam,based on the engineering background of Wangjiashan coal mine,through field investigation and mechanical analysis,the analytical calculation method of reasonable arch axis of laneway is proposed,and the utility mechanism of reasonable arch section is analyzed based on FLAC3D software.The results show that the deformation of surrounding rock in steep(steep)dipping coal seam shows significant asymmetric distribution as a whole,and the"bearing arch"in the surrounding rock shows asymmetric stress characteristics of"bias pressure"as a whole,which is simplified as a three-hinge arch structure under non-uniform load on the top,and the analytical calculation equation of reasonable arch axis can be derived.The reasonable arch axis alignment is significantly affected by load distribution,arch height and span of roadway.The adoption of reasonable arch roof in the roadway of steep coal seam can induce the vertical stress to transfer to the hard roof and floor rock layers on both sides of steep coal seam,and induce the horizontal stress to transfer to the coal body at the bottom of the roadway,so as to improve the stability of the roadway surrounding rock and effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock.
