摘 要:为了解中性环境下热浸锌锚杆耐腐蚀性能,分别进行了为期6、12、18、24、30、36、42 d的普通锚杆和热浸锌锚杆中性盐雾试验,研究了中性潮湿环境下普通锚杆和热浸锌锚杆宏观性能劣化规律,分析了热浸锌锚杆微观腐蚀产物。结果表明:在中性环境下,热浸锌锚杆的耐腐蚀性能远高于普通锚杆。试验42 d后,普通锚杆和热浸锌锚杆的质量分别减小了32.96、7.12 g;屈服强度分别降低了44.73、8.75 MPa;抗拉强度分别降低了47.83、8.54 MPa。热浸锌锚杆试验前期主要腐蚀产物为ZnO,试验18 d后形成保护性腐蚀产物Zn5(OH)8Cl2·H2O,2种腐蚀产物的附着保护作用是热浸锌锚杆在试验中始终保持低速腐蚀的主要原因。热浸锌表面锌层可分为纯锌层和锌铁合金层,纯锌层可对腐蚀矿井起到屏障作用,锌铁合金层可为锚杆基体金属提供电化学保护。工业性试验表明在实际矿井环境中热浸锌锚杆具有优于普通锚杆的耐腐蚀性能。In order to understand the corrosion resistance of hot-dip galvanized anchors in neutral environment,neutral salt spray tests of ordinary anchors and hot-dip galvanized anchors were carried out for 6,12,18,24,30,36 and 42 days.The macroscopic performance degradation law of ordinary anchors and hot-dip galvanized anchors in neutral and humid environment was studied,and the microscopic corrosion products of hot-dip galvanized anchors were analyzed.The results show that the corrosion resistance of hot-dip galvanized anchor is much higher than that of ordinary anchor in neutral environment.After 42 days of test,the mass of ordinary anchor rod and hot-dip galvanized anchor rod decreased by 32.96 g and 7.12 g respectively.The yield strength decreased by 44.73 MPa and 8.75 MPa,respectively.The tensile strength decreased by 47.83 MPa and 8.54 MPa,respectively.The main corrosion product of the hot-dip zinc bolt is ZnO in the early stage of the test,and the protective corrosion product Zns(OH):Cl2·H,O is formed after 18 days of the test.The adhesion protection of the two corrosion products is the main reason why the hot-dip zinc bolt always maintains low-speed corrosion in the test.The zinc layer on the surface of hot-dip galvanizing can be divided into pure zinc layer and zinc-iron alloy layer.The pure zinc layer can act as a barrier to the corroded mine,and the zinc-iron alloy layer can provide electrochemical protection for the anchor base metal.The industrial test shows that the hot-dip galvanized anchor has better corrosion resistance than the ordinary anchor in the actual mine environment.
