带式输送机结构架锈蚀机理研究及水性聚偏二氯乙烯防腐涂料防护研究

摘  要:通过利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、傅里叶红外光谱等技术,分析了带式输送机机结构架的锈蚀机理,研发水性聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)绿色防腐涂料,并在实验室条件下,对涂有防腐涂料的试件开展了表面防腐测试、氧气透过率测试。结果表明:带式输送机结构架上的生锈层主要为Fe_(2)O_(3)、α-FeOOH、Fe_(3)O_(4)及少量的γ-FeOOH组成的疏松多孔结构;经过720 d表面防腐测试,涂膜未见明显的变化,而对比试样出现的严重的腐蚀破坏现象;水性PVDC防锈底漆试样的氧气透过率为11 mL/(m^(2)·d);综合而言水性PVDC能形成如塑料膜般致密的漆膜,有效阻止金属基材试样发生电化学溶解氧腐蚀,有效提高井下带式输送机机结构架的防腐效果。Uses scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and other techniques to analyze the corrosion mechanism of the structural frame of the belt conveyor,develops a water-based polyvinylidene chloride(PVDC)green anti-corrosion coating,and conducts surface anti-corrosion testing and oxygen transmittance testing on specimens coated with anti-corrosion coating under laboratory conditions.The results show that the rust layer on the structural frame of the belt conveyor is mainly Fe_(2)O_(3),α-Fe00H,Fe_(3)O_(4),and small amounts-Fe00H;after 720 days of surface corrosion resistance testing,there was no significant change in the coating film,while serious corrosion damage was observed in the comparison sample;The oxygen transmittance of the waterborne PVDC anti rust primer sample is 11 mL/(m^(2).d);verall,water-based PVDC can form a dense paint film like a plastic film,effectively preventing electrochemical dissolved oxygen corrosion of metal substrate samples and improving the anti-corrosion effect of the underground belt conveyor structure.
