摘 要:试验旨在探究不同产羔率的和田羊血清中5种生殖激素[促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)、孕酮(P_(4))、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_(2))]的变化规律。试验通过观察和记录产羔率选取产单羔和多羔和田羊各25只,利用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定血清中FSH、LH、T的水平,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清中E_(2)和P_(4)的水平,并对5个血清激素指标进行相关性分析。结果显示,多羔和田羊血清中FSH、P_(4)水平显著高于单羔和田羊(P<0.05),LH水平极显著低于单羔和田羊(P<0.01)。单羔和多羔和田羊血清中E_(2)和T的水平差异均不显著(P>0.05)。相关性分析显示,在单羔和田羊血清中,FSH与LH呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),LH与E_(2)呈显著正相关(P<0.05),P_(4)与T呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。多羔和田羊血清中,FSH与LH呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。研究表明,高水平的FSH、P_(4)可能与和田羊多羔性状相关,FSH水平增加、LH水平降低也可能是和田羊产多羔的原因。The experiment aimed to explore the patterns of change in five reproductive hormones[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P_(4)),testosterone(T),and estradiol(E_(2))]in the serum of Hotan sheep with different lambing rates.The experiment observed and recorded 25 single-lamb and multiple-lamb Hotan sheep,and used radioimmunoassay(RIA)to measure the levels of FSH,LH,and T in the serum,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)to measure the levels of E_(2) and P_(4) in the serum,and conducted a correlation analysis of the five serum hormone indicators.The results showed that the levels of FSH and P_(4) in the serum of multiple-lamb Hotan sheep were significantly higher than those of single-lamb Hotan sheep(P<0.05),and the level of LH was extremely lower than that of single-lamb Hotan sheep(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the levels of E_(2) and T in the serum between single-lamb and multiple-lamb Hotan sheep(P>0.05).Correlation analysis showed that in the serum of single-lamb Hotan sheep,FSH was extremely positively correlated with LH(P<0.01),LH was significantly positively correlated with E_(2)(P<0.05),and P_(4) was extremely negatively correlated with T(P<0.01).In the serum of multiple-lamb Hotan sheep,FSH was significantly positively correlated with LH(P<0.05).The study indicates that high levels of FSH and P_(4) may be associated with the multiple-lamb trait of Hotan sheep,and the increase in FSH levels and decrease in LH levels may also be the reason for the multiple lambing of Hotan sheep.
