摘  要:试验旨在研究饲料中添加复合芽孢杆菌制剂对鲤鱼生长性能、免疫指标及抗感染能力的影响。试验选用540尾鲤鱼,随机分为6组,每组设3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。试验组饲喂基础日粮,各试验组分别饲喂添加500、1000、2000、3000 mg/kg复合功能型芽孢杆菌制剂的基础饲料。预饲期14 d,正式试验期56 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,2000 mg/kg添加组、3000 mg/kg添加组鲤鱼增重率、特定生长率、肥满度均显著提高(P<0.05),鲤鱼血清中溶菌酶(LZM)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性及免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、补体C3、总蛋白(TP)含量显著提高(P<0.05);1000 mg/kg添加组鲤鱼特定生长率、肥满度显著提高(P<0.05),血清LZM、ALP活性及IgM含量显著提高(P<0.05);各添加组死亡率显著降低(P<0.05),成活率显著提高(P<0.05)。3000 mg/kg添加组鲤鱼的增重率、特定生长率、肥满度显著高于500 mg/kg添加组、1000 mg/kg添加组(P<0.05)。2000 mg/kg添加组、3000 mg/kg添加组血清C3含量显著高于500 mg/kg添加组、1000 mg/kg添加组(P<0.05)。2000 mg/kg添加组、3000 mg/kg添加组死亡率显著低于500 mg/kg添加组、1000 mg/kg添加组(P<0.05),成活率显著高于500 mg/kg添加组、1000 mg/kg添加组(P<0.05)。研究表明,复合芽孢杆菌制剂添加量为2000、3000 mg/kg时,两组各指标差异不显著,因此建议实际生产应用中复合芽孢杆菌制剂的最佳添加剂量为2000 mg/kg。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of adding a compound Bacillus preparation to the feed on the growth performance,immune indicators,and anti-infection ability of carp.A total of 540 carp were selected and randomly divided into six groups,with three replicates per group and 30 carp per replicate.The experimental groups were fed a basic diet,and each experimental group was fed a basic feed supplemented with 500,1000,2000,3000 mg/kg of the compound Bacillus preparation.The pre-feeding period was 14 days,and the formal experimental period was 56 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the weight gain rate,specific growth rate,and fatness degree of carp in the 2000 mg/kg addition group and 3000 mg/kg addition group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The activity of lysozyme(LZM),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),and the content of immunoglobulin M(IgM),complement C3,and total protein(TP)in the serum of carp were significantly increased(P<0.05).The specific growth rate and fatness degree of carp in the 1000 mg/kg addition group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum LZM,ALP activity,and IgM content were significantly increased(P<0.05).The mortality rate of all addition groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the survival rate was significantly increased(P<0.05).The weight gain rate,specific growth rate,and fatness degree of carp in the 3000 mg/kg addition group were significantly higher than those in the 500 mg/kg addition group and 1000 mg/kg addition group(P<0.05).The serum C3 content in the 2000 mg/kg addition group and 3000 mg/kg addition group was significantly higher than that in the 500 mg/kg addition group and 1000 mg/kg addition group(P<0.05).The mortality rate of the 2000 mg/kg addition group and 3000 mg/kg addition group was significantly lower than that of the 500 mg/kg addition group and 1000 mg/kg addition group(P<0.05),and the survival rate was significantly higher than that of the 500 mg/kg addition group and 1000 mg/kg addition group(P<0.05).The study inidc
