摘 要:试验旨在了解2022—2023年新疆部分地区猪群中伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)野毒感染情况和免疫抗体水平,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)试剂盒对新疆6个地区13个规模化养猪场的510份血清样品分别进行了PRV-gE和PRV-gB两种蛋白的抗体检测。结果显示,2022—2023年,新疆部分地区的猪群平均PRV-gE蛋白抗体阳性率为21.76%(111/510),不同地区与不同规模化养殖场间的平均PRV-gE蛋白抗体阳性率存在较大的差异。新疆地区规模化猪场平均PRV免疫抗体阳性率为59.41%(303/510),低于国家规定标准(70%),仅有38.46%(5/13)的猪场免疫抗体阳性率达到了国家规定标准,不同地区与不同规模化养殖场间的PRV免疫抗体阳性率存在较大的差异。研究表明,2022—2023年新疆部分地区PRV野毒感染率仍处于较高水平,免疫合格率较低,存在较大的风险,需加强对PRV的免疫防控工作。The experiment aimed to understand the infection status of wild pseudorabies virus(PRV)and the level of immune antibodies in pig populations in some regions of Xinjiang from 2022 to 2023.An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)kit was used to test for antibodies against two proteins,PRV-gE and PRV-gB,in 510 serum samples from 13 large-scale pig farms in six regions of Xinjiang.The results showed that from 2022 to 2023,the average positive rate of PRV-gE protein antibodies in some regions of Xinjiang was 21.76%(111/510),with significant differences in the average positive rates of PRV-gE protein antibodies among different regions and large-scale pig farms.The average positive rate of PRV immune antibodies in large-scale pig farms in the Xinjiang region was 59.41%(303/510),which is lower than the national standard(70%).Only 38.46%(5/13)of the pig farms reached the national standard for immune antibody positivity,with significant differences in PRV immune antibody positive rates among different regions and large-scale pig farms.The study indicates that from 2022 to 2023,the infection rate of PRV wild virus in some regions of Xinjiang remains at a high level,with a low rate of immune compliance,posing a significant risk,and there is a need to strengthen immunization and prevention measures against PRV.
