摘 要:树莓又名“覆盆子”,属于一种小灌木,在我国广泛种植。树莓果实中含有多糖、多酚、黄酮、花青素、鞣花酸、水杨酸等多种生物活性物质,具有消炎、抗氧化、改善肠道菌群等功能。树莓根、茎、叶皆可入药,味甘性平,具有益肾固精、补肝明目等功效。文章介绍了树莓枝叶、副产物中的生物活性物质及其功能,根据现有的小灌木植物饲料化的研究成果分析树莓枝叶饲料化利用的可行性,并介绍了目前树莓枝叶在畜牧生产中的应用情况,以期为后续树莓青贮饲料的开发与利用提供参考。Raspberry,also known as'raspberry',belongs to a small shrub that is widely cultivated in China.Raspberry fruit contains polysaccharides,polyphenols,flavones,anthocyanins,cyanotic acid,salicylic acid and other bioactive substances,with anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,improve intestinal flora and other functions.Raspberry root,stem,leaf can be used as medicine,taste sweet and flat,with the effect of kidney strengthening essence,liver tonifying eyesight and so on.In this paper,the bioactive substances and their functions in raspberry branches and leaves and by-products were introduced,and the feasibility of forage utilization of raspberry branches and leaves was analyzed according to the existing research results on forage utilization of small shrubs,and the current application of raspberry branches and leaves in livestock production was introduced,in order to provide a reference for the development and utilization of raspberry silage.
