高校年鉴体现高等教育职能路径探析——以《武汉大学年鉴(2022)》等为例

摘  要:高校年鉴是全面反映一所高校工作进展和成就的资料性文献,其专业性年鉴的定位,要求高校年鉴应当充分体现高等教育职能。通过分析在第九届全国地方志优秀成果(年鉴类)评审活动中获通报表扬的3部高校年鉴,发现其在框架设置、内容编写等方面体现了高等教育职能分工和高等教育整体面貌,特色条目能够体现高等教育的时代特色,但在篇幅比例、领属划分、彰显高校特点等方面对高等教育职能体现不够充分。高校年鉴编纂应展现高等教育职能脉络和多元化特征、凸显寓教于鉴作用,以更充分地体现高等教育职能。University Yearbooks serve as comprehensive reference documents,reflecting the progress and achievements of a higher education institution.Their specialized nature requires a comprehensive representation of higher education's functions.An analysis of the three university yearbooks commended at The 9th National Local Gazetteers Outstanding Achievements(Yearbook Category)Review Event revealed that they effectively reflected the functional division of higher education and its overall state in terms of framework establishment and content compilation.The featured entries within them captured the contemporary characteristics of higher education.However,shortcomings were identified in fully representing higher education functions in aspects such as the allocation of space,affiliation division,and the showcasing of universities'distinctive features.University yearbooks should be compiled to show the functional context and diversified features of higher education,highlighting the role of educational reference,and thereby more fully reflecting the functions of higher education。
