摘  要:为解决遗留煤柱下临空巷道布置及支护技术难题,依据理论分析、数值计算方法,研究了上覆煤层遗留煤柱下临空巷道围岩应力分布和破坏机理,并在81203回风巷和低位抽采巷进行了现场试验。研究表明:当煤柱中心正下方垂直附加应力达到煤柱支承应力的10%时,影响深度可达6倍煤柱宽度以上,据此,判断15#煤回采巷道受3#、8#煤层遗留煤柱叠加应力影响;“遗留煤柱+临空扰动”应力环境可分为低应力区、临空支承应力影响区、遗留煤柱+临空扰动应力联合影响区、遗留煤柱应力影响显著区、遗留煤柱应力影响微弱区;回风巷应尽量避开临空支承应力影响区、遗留煤柱-临空扰动应力联合影响区,同时最大程度回收煤炭资源,选取20 m护巷煤柱;低位抽采巷“纵向布置”充分利用围岩自承能力,“横向布置”尽量减小动压影响;采用高强度、高预紧力、高延伸率预应力支护技术,巷道表面位移控制在合理范围。In order to solve the technical problems of the roadway layout and support for gob-side roadway under upper remaining coal pillar,according to the theoretical analysis and numerical calculation method,the stress distribution and failure mechanism of the surrounding rock of the gobside roadway under upper remaining coal pillar was studied,the field test was carried out in the 81203 return air roadway and low-positional gas drainage roadway.The research showed that:when the vertical additional stress directly below the center of the coal pillar reached 10%of the supporting stress of the coal pillar,the influence depth could reach more than 6 times the width of the coal pillar,according to this,the roadway of the No.15 coal roadway was affected by the superimposed stress of the remaining coal pillars of the No.3 and No.8 coal seams;the stress environment of"remaining coal pillar+gob-side disturbance"could be divided into low stress-affected area,stress-affected area of gob-side,combined stress-affected area of remaining coal pillar+gob-side disturbance,stress influence noticeable area of upper remaining coal pillar,stress-affected faint area of upper remaining coal pllar;the return air roadway should try to avoid the stress-affected area of gob-side and combined stress-affected area of remaining coal pillar+gob-side disturbance,concomitantly maximize the recovery of coal resources were taken into account,the width of coal pillar was 20 meters.When gas drainage roadway was arranged,the"longitudinal arrangement"maked full use of the self-bearing capacity of the surrounding rock,and the"transverse arrangement"minimized the influence of dynamic pressure.The prestressed support technology with high strength,high pre-tightening force and high elongation was used to control the surface displacement of roadway in a reasonable range.
