摘 要:以柠条塔煤矿N1215工作面为研究背景,为解决沿空留巷工作面架后悬顶距离长,顶板难以垮落问题,提出切顶柔模墙沿空留巷方案,通过理论分析研究切顶柔模墙沿空留巷的可行性。根据建立的叠加简支梁铰接结构模型求解得知,巷道顶板的最大剪力和弯矩出现在固定端截面,影响最大的外部载荷为上覆岩层压力,切顶柔模墙可以提高沿空留巷的稳定性,分散顶板应力集中程度,设计了切顶柔模墙沿空留巷方案。通过数值模拟与现场矿压监测表明,留巷基本属于稳定状态,留巷效果较好。Taking the N1215 working face of Ningtiaota coal mine as the research background,in order to solve the problem of long hanging roof distance and difficult roof caving in the working face of gobside entry retaining,the scheme of gob-side entry retaining with roof-cutting flexible mold wall is proposed,and the feasibility of gob-side entry retaining with roof-cutting flexible mold wall is studied through theoretical analysis.According to the established superimposed simply supported beam hinged structure model,the maximum shear force and bending moment of the roadway roof appear in the fixed end section,and the most influential external load is the overburden pressure.The roof cutting flexible mold wall can improve the stability of the gob-side entry retaining and disperse the roof stress concentration degree.The roof cutting flexible mold wall gob-side entry retaining scheme is designed.Through numerical simulation and on-site mine pressure monitoring,it is shown that the retained roadway is basically in a stable state,and the effect of retained roadway is better.
