摘 要:梁家煤矿2112连采连充工作面采充过程中出现了两侧煤、两侧充填体和一侧煤一侧充填体3种类型巷道。针对3种巷道开采过程中差异化变形问题,通过数值模拟分析巷道塑性区及位移场分布特征,研究巷道围岩变形规律,提出优化方案。研究结果表明:由于煤、充填体强度不同,3种巷道在塑性区和位移场分布上差异较大。巷道在开采过程中出现差异化变形,两侧煤巷道变形最为严重,一侧煤一侧充填体次之,两侧充填体最小,最大顶底板移近量分别为548、310、47 mm,最大两帮移近量分别为442、330、37 mm。在巷道顶板、煤帮增加支护对3种巷道进行优化,巷道优化后最大顶底板移近量减小了69.2%,最大两帮移近量减小了77.1%,提高了巷道围岩支护效果和整体稳定性。During the mining and flling process of 2112 continuous mining and filling working face in Liangjia coal mine,there are three types of roadways:coal on both sides,filling body on both sides and filling body on one side of coal.Aiming at the problem of differential deformation in the mining process of three kinds of roadways,the distribution characteristics of plastic zone and displacement field of roadways are analyzed by numerical simulation,the deformation law of roadway surrounding rock is studied,and the optimization scheme is put forward.The results show that due to the different strength of coal and filling body,the distribution of plastic zone and displacement field in three kinds of roadways is quite different.The roadway has differential deformation during the mining process.The deformation of the coal roadway on both sides is the most serious,followed by the filling body on one side of the coal,and the filling body on both sides is the smallest.The maximum displacement of the roof and floor is 548 mm,310 mm and 47 mm,respectively.The maximum displacement of the both sides is 442 mm,330 mm and 37 mm,respectively.The three kinds of roadways are optimized by increasing support in the roof and coal sides of the roadway.After the optimization of the roadway,the maximum displacement of the roof and floor is reduced by 69.2%,and the maximum displacement of the both sides is reduced by 77.1%,which improves the supporting effect and overall stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
