摘 要:为了从微观层面探究碱液处理前后对肥煤官能团的含量的变化,分别采用不同浓度的氢氧化钾和碳酸氢钠对煤样进行碱液处理,利用傅里叶红外光谱法(FTIR)和分峰技术,对比分析煤样化学结构参数的差异。经碱液处理后,煤样的羟基官能团数量呈现先增大后减小的趋势;甲基亚甲基官能团数量下降明显;含氧官能团数量减少;芳香烃结构和硫硅相关官能团数量均减少,尤其在弱碱NaHCO_(3)处理后,随着溶液浓度的升高数量逐渐减少。研究表明,强碱和弱碱处理对羟基官能团、含氧官能团影响相似,都是先升高再降低,都能提高溶解性,减弱吸附能力。但在芳香烃结构及硅硫化物含量上,弱碱处理后的效果比强碱处理后的效果更好,对环境污染程度更低。In order to explore the changes in the content of functional groups in fertilizer coal before and after alkaline treatment at a microscopic level,uses different concentrations of potassium hydroxide and sodium bicarbonate to treat coal samples with alkaline solution.Based on Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and peak fiting technology,compare and analyze the differences in chemical structural parameters of coal samples.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and peak separation technology are used to compare and analyze the differences in chemical structural parameters of coal samples.After alkaline treatment,the number of hydroxyl functional groups in the coal sample shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing;the number of methyl methylene functional groups has significantly decreased;the number of oxygen-containing functional groups decreases;the number of aromatic hydrocarbon structures and sulfur silicon related functional groups decreased,especially after treatment with weak alkaline NaHCO_(3),and the number gradually decreased with the increase of solution concentration.Research has shown that strong and weak alkaline treatments have similar effects on hydroxyl and oxygen-containing functional groups,both increasing first and then decreasing,both of which can improve solubility and weaken adsorption capacity.However,in terms of aromatic hydrocarbon structure and silicon sulfide content,the effect of weak alkali treatment is better than that of strong alkali treatment,and the degree of environmental pollution is lower.
