摘 要:为解决高瓦斯松散厚煤层大采高工作面开采过程中瓦斯问题,采用裂隙带瓦斯抽采技术。以李村煤矿1303工作面为研究背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟确定大采高工作面顶板裂隙带分布特征,确定裂隙带抽采钻孔合理高度为40.5 m。分析工作面裂隙带钻孔抽采时瓦斯流场分布特征,确定了合理钻孔参数为钻孔倾角23°、钻孔间距3 m。现场实践确定,采用裂隙带瓦斯抽采技术工作面,上隅角最大瓦斯浓度0.45%,浓度集中在0.35%,高浓度区间占比较少,满足工作面正常开采需求。In order to solve the gas problem of high gas loose thick coal seam in the mining process of large mining height working face gas drainage technology is adopted in fissure zone.Taking 1303 working face of Licun coal mine as the research background,the distribution characteristics of roof fracture zone of working face with large mining height are determined by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,and the reasonable height of extraction hole of fracture zone is determined to be 40.5 m.The distribution characteristics of gas flow field during drilling drainage in fracture zone of working face were analyzed to determine the reasonable drilling parameters as drilling inclination angle of 23°,drilling spacing of 3 m.According to the field practice,the maximum gas concentration in the upper corner is 0.45%,and the concentration is concentrated at 0.35%.The high concentration range is less,which can meet the mining demand of the working face.
