摘　　要：检索国内煤矿应急救援战备相关文献资料,并以潞安集团应急救援管理工作为背景,提出了信息管理、日常训练、应急救援以确保安全生产的煤矿应急救援保障体系,在应急救援ITRP体系框架内,通过管理流程定义了日常训练的界限,并基于此提出了训练质量保证的基础,进一步对以应急救援日常培训为管理中心,阐述了应急救援标准作业流程指导下的仿真培训与应用的逻辑关系。ITRP体系的逻辑架构对应急救援队伍的建设、安全救援实践具有一定的借鉴意义。Retrieving the relevant literature and data of domestic coal mine emergency rescue combat readiness,and taking the emergency rescue management work of Lu'an coal group,as the background,proposed the coal mine emergency rescue guarantee system of information management,daily training and rescue to ensure safe production.Within the framework of emergency rescue ITRP system,the limits of daily training are defined through management process.Based on this,the basis of training quality assurance is proposed.The logical relationship between simulation training and application under the guidance of standard operation flow of emergency rescue is further expounded for daily emergency rescue training as the management center.The logical structure of ITRP system has certain reference significance for the construction of emergency rescue team and safety rescue practice.
