摘 要:以河南赵固二矿的无烟煤为研究对象,分析了物理化学性质,发现常规酸碱法制备超纯煤过程中存在反应不够彻底、脱灰效率不高等问题,在此基础上进行工艺改进采用强化酸碱法进行分步深度脱灰处理,运用单一变量法研究了酸碱溶液固比、时间、温度对于脱灰效果的影响。经过分步脱灰实验研究,得到灰分含量0.33%的超低灰煤,该研究对于高效率生产超低灰煤,提高煤基碳材料的纯度有着一定的促进作用,对于煤炭企业推行绿色能源理念、洁净煤技术的发展有着重要的意义。Taking anthracite from Zhaogu No.2 mine in Henan province as the research object,the physical and chemical properties were analyzed,and it was found that in the process of preparing ultra-pure coal by conventional acid-base method,the reaction was not thorough enough and the deashing rate was not high.On this basis,the process was improved and enhanced acid-base method was adopted for step-by-step deep deashing treatment.The effects of liquid-solid ratio,time and temperature on the deashing effect of acid-base solution were studied by using single variable method.After the stepwise deashing experiment,the ultra-low ash coal with 0.33%ash content is obtained.This research plays a certain role in promoting the high-efficiency production of ultra-low ash coal and improving the purity of coal-based carbon materials,and is of great significance for coal enterprises to promote the concept of green energy and the development of clean coal technology.
