摘　　要：纵观国外成熟滑雪产业的发展过程,度假区模式成为滑雪产业发展的重要趋势。除了提供基础滑雪服务之外,度假区还提供其他雪上活动、滑雪相关装备销售及其他特色活动等服务。加拿大滑雪产业历史悠久,滑雪度假及山地度假运营模式相对成熟,通过对加拿大惠斯勒滑雪度假区的研究,分析其商业模式,探索中国滑雪度假区的发展战略及冬奥会滑雪场地赛后的利用方式,促进中国滑雪产业整体发展。Throughout the development process of mature sking industry in foreign countries,the resort model has become an important trend in the development of sking industry.In addition to providing basic sking services,the resort also offers other snow activities,sales of sking related equipment,and other special activities.The ski industry in Canada has a long history,and the resortoperation models of sking and mountain vacations are relatively mature.Through the study of the Whistler Ski Resort in Canada,this study analyzes its business model,explores the development strategy of China's sking re-sortsand the use of sking venuesafter the Winter Olympics,to promote the overall development of China's ski industry.
