摘　　要：体育运动学校作为中国竞技体育后备人才培养的关键阵地,体育人才的输送率和学生就业率是衡量其发展的根本标准。职业生涯规划教育对于体校学生具有重要意义,旨在帮助体校学生认清自我,制定适合自己的目标和计划,从而确定职业发展的终身方向。该文从体校职业生涯规划教育的意义出发,通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法等发现,中国新型体校职业生涯规划教育存在认可度不高,缺乏科学的指导体系和基层教练员职业生涯意识薄弱等问题,并从自我探索、分析决策、制定实施和评估反馈四个阶段来构建新型体校的职业生涯规划教育体系,通过职业生涯全过程理念的渗透,构建多层次、全方位的职业教育体系,完善职业生涯规划教育的评价体系三个方面,推进中国新型体校的职业生涯规划教育系统的完善。Sports schools are key positions of reserve personnel training of sports in China,thedeliveryrate of sports talents and the student employment rate are the fundamental standards for measuring their development.Career planning education is of great significance to sports school students,aiming to help sports school students recognize themselves and make goals and plans suitable for themselves,so as to determine the lifelong direction of career development.Starting from the significance of career planning education in sports schools,this paper finds that there are some problems in career planning education in new sports schools in China,such as low recognition,lack of scientific guidance system and weak career awareness of grass-roots coaches.The career planning education system of new sports schools is constructed from four stages:self-exploration,analysis and decision making,formulation and implementation,and evaluation and feedback.The career planning education system of new sports schools in China is improved through the penetration of the whole career process concept,the construction of a multi-level and all-round career education system and the improvement of the evaluation system of career planning education.
