摘　　要：青年兴则国家兴,青年强则国家强。发掘马克思主义人学理论与高校青年马克思主义者培养之间的逻辑契合关系,从社会性、实践性、主体性、发展性等维度进行分析,针对家校社三维交互的教育缺失、理论教育与实践活动的断裂、教育主体与客体关系的失衡、个人与社会发展目标的错位等培养实践困境,构建多元协同、理实融合、主体参与、发展均衡的新时代高校青年马克思主义者培养创新策略,为实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦提供人才支持。When young people thrive,the country prospers,and when young people are strong,the country is strong.Explore the logical fit relationship between humanities studies and the training of young Marxists in colleges,analyze from the dimensions of sociality,practicality,subjectivity and development.Regarding to the training practice difficulties such as the lack of education in the three-dimensional interaction between family,school and community,the rupture between theoretical education and practical activities,the imbalance of the relationship between educational subject and object,and the dislocation of personal and social development goals,construct innovative training strategies for young Marxists in colleges in the new era with diversified collaboration,integration of science and practice,subject participation,and balanced development,and provide talent support for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
