摘 要:针对锡石多金属硫化矿磨矿过程中存在的锡石过磨和硫化矿欠磨的问题,基于不同磨矿介质条件,研究了磨矿时间、磨机充填率等因素对磨矿产物粒度分布和磨矿技术效率的影响。结果表明,磨矿时间与磨矿产物中的合格粒级、过磨粒级产率成正相关,与欠磨粒级产率呈负相关,磨矿介质钢球组合中Φ20 mm钢球含量对合格粒级、过磨粒级影响较大,对欠磨粒级影响较小。磨矿时间对磨矿技术效率影响较大,当磨矿时间一定时,介质组合中Φ20 mm钢球含量越高,磨矿技术效率越高。磨机充填率与磨矿产物中的合格粒级产率成正相关,但影响小于磨矿时间,磨矿介质钢球组合中Φ20 mm钢球含量对此规律影响较大;充填率对过磨、欠磨粒级产率的影响较小。磨机充填率对磨矿技术效率有一定影响,当磨机充填率一定时,介质组合中Φ20 mm钢球含量越高,磨矿技术效率越高。研究结果可为锡石多金属硫化矿磨矿生产中磨矿介质优化及缓解锡石过磨和硫化矿欠磨提供参考。Aiming at the problems of cassiterite overgrinding and sulfide minerals undergrinding in the grinding process of cassiterite polymetallic sulfide ore,this paper investigated the influence of grinding time,mill filling rate and other factors on the particle size distribution of grinding products and the efficiency of grinding technology based on the conditions of different grinding media.The results show that grinding time is positively correlated with the yield of qualified and overgrinding particles in the grinding products,and negatively correlated with the yield of undergrinding particles,and the content ofΦ20 mm steel balls in the combination of steel balls in the grinding media has a greater impact on the qualified and overgrinding particles,and has a smaller impact on the undergrinding particles.Grinding time has a greater impact on the efficiency of grinding technology,when the grinding time is certain,the higher the content ofΦ20 mm steel balls in the media combination,the higher the efficiency of grinding technology.Mill filling rate and grinding products in the qualified particle yield is positively correlated,but the impact is less than the grinding time,grinding media ball combination ofΦ20 mm steel ball content has a greater impact on this law,whereas the impact of filling rate on yields of over-grinding and under-grinding particles is small.Mill filling rate has a certain effect on the efficiency of grinding technology,when the mill filling rate is certain,the higher the content ofΦ20 mm steel balls in the media combination,the higher the efficiency of grinding technology.The results of the study can provide reference for the optimization of grinding media in cassiterite polymetallic sulfide ore milling production and mitigation of cassiterite overgrinding and sulfide ore undergrinding.
