摘 要:磷矿是一种重要的不可再生资源,其中脉石矿物主要以白云石、硅酸盐矿物为主。前期的研究表明,聚(4-苯乙烯磺酸钠)(PSS)作为新型白云石抑制剂在正浮选短流程脱镁中发挥了重要的作用。然而,石英易被金属离子活化是浮选中常见的问题,目前的研究也忽略了PSS对于石英的影响。因此,拟进一步探究PSS对于活化石英浮选行为的影响。通过单矿物浮选试验探究活化剂浓度、捕收剂浓度、抑制剂浓度、矿浆pH值等因素对石英浮选的影响,并通过Zeta电位、接触角分析、扫描电镜-能谱分析(SEM-EDS)、FTIR分析、XPS分析等表征手段探究了PSS在浮选中的抑制作用及其机理。浮选试验结果表明,PSS在pH值为8~12内能够有效地抑制活化石英的浮选。在钙离子浓度为80 mg/L,PSS浓度仅为50 mg/L或镁离子浓度为20 mg/L,PSS浓度为120 mg/L时,石英的上浮率均降至20%以下;接触角测量结果表明,PSS可有效抑制钙镁离子对石英的活化。Zeta电位、SEM-EDS、FTIR和XPS分析结果综合表明,PSS能以化学吸附的形式吸附在活化石英表面,并阻碍NaOL在活化石英表面的吸附,从而实现对于活化石英的抑制。Phosphate rock is an important non-renewable resource,among which gangue minerals are mainly dolomite and silicate minerals.Previous studies have shown that poly(sodium 4-styrene sulfonate)(PSS)as a new dolomite inhibitor plays an important role in direct flotation short-process of magnesium removal.However,quartz is easily activated by metal ions,which is a common problem in flotation,and the effect of PSS on quartz has been ignored in the present study.Therefore,the effect of PSS on the flotation behavior of activated quartz is to be further explored.The effects of activator concentration,collector concentration,inhibitor concentration,pulp pH and other factors on quartz flotation were investigated by single mineral flotation test.The inhibition effect and mechanism of PSS in flotation were investigated by Zeta potential,contact angle analysis,SEM-EDS,FTIR analysis,XPS analysis and other characterization methods.The flotation test results show that PSS can effectively inhibit the flotation of activated quartz in the range of pH=8-12.When Ca ion concentration is 80 mg/L,PSS concentration is only 50 mg/L or Mg ion concentration is 20 mg/L,PSS concentration is 120 mg/L,the floating rate of quartz drops to below 20%.The contact angle measurement results show that PSS can effectively inhibit the activation of calcium and magnesium ions on quartz.The results of Zeta potential,SEM-EDS,FTIR and XPS analysis show that PSS can be adsorbed on the activated quartz surface in the form of chemisorption,and hinder the adsorption of NaOL on the activated quartz surface,so as to achieve the inhibition of activated quartz.
