摘  要:刮板输送机作为煤矿主要运输设备,面临运输距离加长、负载量增大、启动频繁等问题,意味着对其驱动系统的启动技术、功率平衡、过载保护等要求更加严苛。简要阐述了刮板输送机驱动系统的发展过程,其中重点写明了目前所使用的CST可控驱动装置、液力偶合器、变频驱动及永磁驱动等驱动方式的工作原理,对比了使用过程中不同驱动方式的优缺点,并根据目前的发展形势展望了刮板输送机驱动系统未来的发展趋势。As the main transportation equipment in coal mine,the scraper conveyor faces problems such as longer transportation distance,increased load capacity,and frequent starting,which means that the requirements for its driving system’s starting technology,power balance,overload protection,etc.are more stringent.The development process of the scraper conveyor drive system was briefly explained,with a focus on the working principles of the currently used CST controllable drive device,hydraulic coupling,variable frequency drive,and permanent magnet drive methods.The advantages and disadvantages of different drive methods during use were compared,and the future development trend of the scraper conveyor drive system was predicted based on the current development situation.
