摘  要:基于昭阳西环高速公路水泥混凝土路面,利用ABAQUS建立路面三维有限元模型。分析传力杆直径、面板厚度和模量对设GFRP传力杆路面接缝力学性能的影响,对不同轴重与车速下接缝的力学性能指标进行评价。结果表明30 cm厚C35水泥混凝土面板+φ50 mm GFRP传力杆路面结构形式力学性能最佳,荷载工况为车速80 km/h+轴重250 kN时杆周混凝土拉应力值最大为1.421 MPa,满足规范要求。并根据有限元分析结果对不同直径GFRP传力杆子模型进行路用性能试验,验证了数值模拟的准确性。为设GFRP传力杆水泥混凝土路面的设计参数和路面运营期间车辆轴载与车速限值提供参考。A 3D finite element model of the cement concrete pavement of Zhaoyang West Ring Expressway is established using ABAQUS.The influence of the diameter of the load-bearing GFRP dowels,panel thickness,and modulus on the mechanical performance of the pavement joint is analyzed,and the mechanical performance indicators of the joint under different axle loads and vehicle speeds are evaluated.The results shows that the structure with a 30 cm C35 cement concrete panel and∅50 mm GFRP dowels has the best mechanical performance.Under the load condition of a vehicle speed of 80 km/h and an axle load of 250 kN,the maximum tensile stress value of the concrete around dowels is 1.421 MPa,meeting the specification requirements.Based on the finite element analysis results,road performance tests are conducted on models of GFRP dowels with different diameters to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation results.This study provides references for the design parameters of GFRP load-bearing rods in cement concrete pavement and the limits of axle load and vehicle speed during pavement operation.
