摘 要:无机阻燃剂存在掺量大、制备难的问题,为提升其阻燃效率和与沥青材料的相容性,优选了几种具有代表性的无机阻燃材料,基于协同阻燃设计和硅烷偶联剂表面改性技术设计了阻燃剂配方。研究结果表明复合阻燃体系提高了协同阻燃效率(synergistic efficiency,SE),当氢氧化铝(aluminium hydroxide,AH)、氢氧化镁(magnesium hydroxide,MH)和硼酸锌(zinc borate,ZB)的复配比例为4∶1∶1时,SE最大值为1.34,极限氧指数(limiting oxygen index,LOI)达到29.3;确定了KH-550硅烷偶联剂最佳用量为1.2%,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为45 min,表面改性后的无机阻燃剂粉体分散性和相容性较好,阻燃效率得到进一步提升。通过复配技术和偶联剂表面改性,改善了无机阻燃剂的性能,为公路隧道沥青路面防火设计提供了新的解决思路。Inorganic flame retardants have problems with high dosage and difficult preparation.In order to improve their flame retardancy efficiency and compatibility with asphalt materials,several representative inorganic flame retardants were selected.Based on collaborative flame retardant design and surface modification technology with silane coupling agents,the flame retardant formulation in this article was designed.The results showed that the composite flame retardant system improved the synergistic flame retardant efficiency(SE).When the ratio of Aluminium Hydroxide(AH),Magnesium Hydroxide(MH)and Zinc Borate(ZB)was 4∶1∶1,the maximum SE value was 1.34,and the Limiting oxygen index(LOI)reached 29.3;the optimal dosage of KH-550 silane coupling agent was determined to be 1.2%,with a reaction temperature of 70℃and a reaction time of 45 minutes.The inorganic flame retardant powder after surface modification has good dispersibility and compatibility,and the flame retardant efficiency has been further improved.By using composite technology and surface modification with coupling agents,the performance of inorganic flame retardants has been improved,providing a new solution for the fire prevention design of asphalt pavement in highway tunnels.
