大庆精神推进石油企业文化建设探究

摘　　要：基于此,以大庆精神引领石油企业文化建设,要抓牢党建这条主线,突出领导干部和职工两个主体,线上线下搭建网络学习平台、理论宣讲平台、实践锻炼平台,同时聚焦企业文化的物质、行为、制度、精神四重维度。”改为“基于此,以大庆精神推进石油企业文化建设,要抓牢党建这条主线,突出领导干部和职工两个主体,线上线下搭建网络学习平台、理论宣讲平台、实践锻炼平台,同时聚焦企业文化的物质、行为、制度、精神四重维度。The construction of petroleum enterprise culture is a strong support to stimulate the vitality of high-quality development of petroleum enterprises and enhance the global core competitiveness of petroleum enterprises,because of which,to lead the construction of petroleum enterprise culture with the spirit of Daqing,we should grasp the main line of Party construction,highlight the two main subjects of leading cadres and employees,build online and offline network learning platform,theoretical propaganda platform and practical exercise platform,and focus on four dimensions of corporate culture,that is,the material,behavioral,institutional and spiritual.
