摘 要:磁黄铁矿常以伴生的形式存在于多种有色金属硫化矿矿床中,查明其浮选行为规律有助于改善含磁黄铁矿的有色金属硫化矿浮选分离效果。本研究通过单矿物浮选实验研究了单斜磁黄铁矿在丁铵黑药和乙硫氮两种捕收剂体系下的浮选行为。结果表明,与乙硫氮相比,丁铵黑药对单斜磁黄铁矿具有更好的捕收效果;在乙硫氮捕收体系中,松醇油作为起泡剂可获得比甲基异丁基甲醇(MIBC)更高的单斜磁黄铁矿浮选回收率,而在丁铵黑药捕收体系中更适宜采用MIBC;NaOH仅在强碱矿浆环境中才对单斜磁黄铁矿具有抑制作用,而石灰对单斜磁黄铁矿具有更加显著的抑制作用,并且在乙硫氮捕收体系中石灰的抑制效果强于丁铵黑药体系。Pyrrhotite often exists in an associated form in various nonferrous metal sulfide deposits.Identifying its flotation behavior can help improve the flotation separation of nonferrous metal sulfide ores containing pyrrhotite.The flotation behavior of monoclinic pyrrhotite was studied with monomineral flotation tests on the ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate collector system and sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate.The results indicate that,compared with sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate,ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate has a better collecting effect on monoclinic pyrrhotite.In the sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate system,using terpineol as a foamer can achieve higher flotation recovery of monoclinic pyrrhotite than methyl isobutyl carbinol(MIBC),while MIBC is more suitable for the ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate system.NaOH only has a certain inhibition effect on monoclinic pyrrhotite in a strong alkaline pulp environment,while lime has a more significant inhibition effect on monoclinic pyrrhotite.Under the sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate system,the inhibition effect of lime on monoclinic pyrrhotite is more potent than that of the ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate system.
