摘 要:为明确甜菜碱对小麦铝毒的缓解效应,以小麦品种济麦22为材料,采用水培方法,比较分析了铝胁迫下(400μmol·L^(-1) AlCl 3)不同浓度甜菜碱(0、1、2、4、8 mmol·L^(-1))处理后小麦幼苗生长、膜脂过氧化及活性氧代谢的差异。结果表明,铝胁迫抑制了小麦幼苗的生长,显著降低了幼苗的株高、根长及叶绿素含量,提高了丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧阴离子自由基(O_(2)^(-)·)的产生速率;增施甜菜碱能缓解铝胁迫对小麦幼苗生长的抑制作用,促进铝胁迫下幼苗株高和根系的伸长生长,提高叶片叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶活性,显著降低MDA含量及O_(2)^(-)·产生速率。综合来看,外施甜菜碱可通过调节活性氧代谢、抑制膜脂过氧化来缓解铝胁迫对小麦幼苗生长的抑制及生理损伤,本试验条件下以4 mmol·L^(-1)浓度的甜菜碱缓解效果最好。To understand the mitigating effect of betaine on wheat under aluminum stress,a hydroponics experiment was conducted to analyze the differences of the seedling growth,membrane lipid peroxidation and active oxygen metabolism among five betaine concentrations of 0,1,2,4,and 8 mmol·L^(-1) under aluminum stress(400μmol·L^(-1) AlCl 3)with the wheat cultivar Jimai 22 as material.The results showed that aluminum stress inhibited the growth of wheat seedlings,significantly reduced the plant height,root length and chlorophyll content of the seedlings,and increased the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and the production rate of superoxide anion radicals(O_(2)^(-)·).Application of betaine alleviated the inhibition of aluminum stress on wheat seedling growth,promoted seedling height and root elongation under aluminum stress,increased leaf chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzyme activity,and significantly reduced the MDA content and O_(2)^(-)·production rate.In summary,external application of betaine alleviated the growth inhibition and physiological damage of wheat seedlings caused by aluminum stress,by regulating active oxygen metabolism and inhibiting membrane lipid peroxidation.In the present study,4 mmol·L^(-1) betaine showed the best alleviating effect.
