摘 要:地方普通本科院校向创业型大学转变是突破自身局限实现跨越式发展的重要途径。高校教师作为实施创业转型的主体,如何对其实施科学有效的激励至关重要。如果沿用传统的资本逻辑主导的“高压控制”和“工分制”的激励模式可能导致创业型大学滑向商业化的深渊,对高校发展不利。通过研究教师科研激励的资本逻辑和文化逻辑融合机制,虽然可以肯定资本逻辑介入创业型大学的逻辑必然,但资本逻辑的介入也带来文化价值逻辑之间的矛盾与冲突。高校行政化趋势和社会力量参与治理的缺失是资本逻辑扩展的重要权力因素。高校应从促进知识协同、尊重教师选择以及弘扬科研精神等方面找到资本逻辑和文化价值逻辑的融合点,从坚持人本至上的现代教育治理价值观、建立多元协同治理体系和构建教师自我约束机制等方面出发制定激励政策。The transformation of local ordinary undergraduate colleges into entrepreneurial universities is an important way to break through their own limitations and achieve leapfrog development.As the main body of implementing entrepreneurial transformation,it is crucial for university teachers to receive scientific and effec⁃tive incentives.If the traditional capital logic dominated incentive model of“high-pressure control”and“work point system”is used,it may lead to the downfall of entrepreneurial universities towards commercialization,which is not conducive to the development of universities.By studying the integration mechanism of capital log⁃ic and cultural logic in teacher research incentives,it can be affirmed that the intervention of capital logic in en⁃trepreneurial universities is inevitable;however,the intervention of capital logic also brings contradictions and conflicts between cultural value logics.The trend towards administrative management in universities and the lack of social participation in governance are important power factors for the expansion of capital logic.Universi⁃ties should find the integration point of capital logic and cultural value logic from promoting knowledge collabo⁃ration,respecting teacher selection,and promoting scientific research spirit.They should formulate incentive policies from the aspects of adhering to the modern education governance values of putting people first,estab⁃lishing a diversified collaborative governance system,and building a self-restraint mechanism for teachers.
