摘 要:建设高质量本研衔接课程是提升人才培养效果的关键环节。通过焦点小组访谈探究行业特色研究型大学学生对于本研衔接课程的期待与想法,结果表明:学生希望相关课程能促进其自我反思,转变学习状态并提高学习效率;提供跨学科、工具性和社会情感能力等多方面课程内容;集中在大四或暑期开设;采取基于真实情境的教学策略;部分研究生也表达了逆向选修本科课程的意愿。行业特色研究型大学中的分数至上文化以及完善的课程配套制度的缺位使得本研衔接课程建设面临诸多障碍。有必要唤起学生的学习志趣,破解课程的高利害性;完善课程制度体系和治理结构;保障学生的学习权利。只有协同推进本科和研究生课程的高质量建设,才能真正发挥本研衔接课程的价值。The effective linking-up of research education is an important challenge faced by research uni⁃versities with industry characteristics in the popularization stage.Focus group interviews with students(under⁃graduate and graduate)who explore industry-specific research university are of great value to the expectations and ideas of the bridging program.From the perspective of students,they hope that relevant courses can pro⁃mote self-reflection,change learning state and improve learning efficiency,encompass interdisciplinary,instru⁃mental,and socio-emotional skillsets,and be concentrated in senior year or summer sessions.It adopts the teaching strategy based on real situation,takes into account the different needs of students,and promotes coop⁃eration and communication.Some graduate students also express their willingness to take the reverse undergrad⁃uate courses.However,the research university culture and the absence of curriculum supporting system make the construction of the bridging curriculum faced with many obstacles.Therefore,it is necessary to arouse stu⁃dents’interest in learning,crack the high interest of the curriculum,improve the curriculum system and gover⁃nance structure,and protect students’right of studying.Only through promoting the high-quality construction of undergraduate and graduate courses,can the value of the linking-up course of this research be brought into full play.
