摘 要:为提高白云鄂博铌矿物的浮选回收效率,研究了单一苯甲羟肟酸(BHA)及苯甲羟肟酸+NPs(羟肟酸类)复合捕收剂对含铌尾矿中铌的浮选分离效果及吸附机理。结果表明,复合捕收剂(BHA+NPs)对铌矿物浮选的最佳质量配比为m(NPs)∶m(BHA)=0.35∶0.65,浮选闭路实验可获得Nb_(2)O_(5)品位为3.24%、回收率为83.03%的铌精矿;与采用单一BHA相比,精矿回收率基本一致,精矿品位提高0.53百分点。复合捕收剂可以显著提高精矿中铌矿物的含量,说明其对含铌矿物具有强捕收能力。XPS分析发现,辅助捕收剂NPs的存在不能改变铌铁矿表面N元素的化学环境,NPs与BHA在铌铁矿表面共同吸附,并促进BHA在矿物表面的吸附。In order to improve the flotation recovery efficiency of niobium minerals at Bayan Obo,a study was conducted on the flotation separation efficiency and adsorption mechanism of a single benzohydroxamic acid(BHA)and a composite collector of benzohydroxamic acid+NPs(hydroxamic acids)on niobium−containing tailings.The results showed that the optimum mass ratio of the composite collector(BHA+NPs)for flotation of niobium minerals was m(NPs)∶m(BHA)=0.35∶0.65.In the closed circuit flotation experiment,a niobium concentrate with a grade of 3.24%Nb_(2)O_(5) and a recovery of 83.03%was obtained.Compared to the single BHA,the concentrate grade was increased by 0.53 percentage points.The composite collector significantly increased the content of niobium minerals in the concentrate,indicating its strong collecting ability for niobium containing minerals.XPS analysis showed that the presence of the auxiliary collector NPs did not change the chemical environment of nitrogen elements on the surface of Niobite,and NPs and BHA were co−adsorbed on the surface of niobite,promoting the adsorption of BHA on the mineral surface.
