阶梯饮食护理联合趣味化健康教育在过敏性紫癜患儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨阶梯饮食护理联合趣味化健康教育在过敏性紫癜患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2020年4月至2022年7月在华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院就诊的114例过敏性紫癜患儿为研究对象,根据不同的护理方案分为观察组(57例)和对照组(57例)。对照组给予阶梯饮食护理,观察组行阶梯饮食护理结合趣味化健康教育。比较2组的症状改善时长、干预前后的免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、凝血酶原时间(PT)和活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)。结果观察组尿常规正常、大便潜血试验转阴、腹部症状消失和关节症状消失的时间均早于对照组(P均<0.05)。干预1周、2周后,观察组的hs-CRP、IL-6、IgG、IgM、PT、APTT均优于对照组(P均<0.05);2组与干预前比较均更佳,且均有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。结论阶梯饮食护理联合趣味化健康教育能够有效促进过敏性紫癜患儿的临床症状改善,缓解机体炎症反应,提升患儿的免疫功能,改善机体凝血功能。Objective To explore the application effect of stepped diet nursing combined with interesting health education in children with allergic purpura.Methods A total of 114 children with allergic purpura who received treatment at Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from April 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to different nursing plans,they were randomly divided into an observation group(57 cases)and a control group(57 cases).The control group received stepped diet nursing,while the observation group received stepped diet nursing combined with interesting health education.The duration of symptom improvement and the levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),prothrombin time(PT),and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The time of normal urine routine,negative fecal occult blood test,disappearance of abdominal symptoms and joint symptoms in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(all P<0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of intervention,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,IgG,IgM,PT and APTT in the observation group were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The above indicators of both groups were better than those before intervention,and there were statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of stepped diet nursing and interesting health education can effectively promote the improvement of clinical symptoms in children with allergic purpura,alleviate the body's inflammatory response,enhance the immune function of children,and improve the body's coagulation function.
