摘 要:为了研究PETN基聚脲炸药的力学性能、热安定性以及做功能力,对其进行单轴压缩实验、DTG热分析以及飞片驱动实验,并与PETN/石蜡炸药进行比较。结果表明:在PETN中添加5%的聚脲能大幅提高药柱的力学性能,其压缩极限强度达到31.08MPa,相对于PETN/石蜡药柱提高了2.5倍;通过计算表观活化能及指前因子可得,在PETN中添加5%的聚脲使其热安定性提升约3.09%,但提升幅值略小于石蜡;另外,由于PETN基聚脲炸药的密度高于PETN/石蜡炸药,导致PETN基聚脲炸药的做功能力相对于PETN/石蜡炸药提升了9.9%。综上所述,在PETN中加入聚脲作为粘结剂,其在保证做功能力的前提下,有效提高基体炸药的力学性能,并降低基体炸药的热感度。上述研究结果可为PETN弹药设计和储存稳定性提供一定的参考。In order to study the mechanical properties,thermal stability and explosive power of PETN-based polyurea explosive,uniaxial compression experiment,DTG thermal analysis and flying disc drive experiment were carried out,and compared with PETN/paraffin explosive.The results showed that the addition of 5%polyurea to PETN could greatly improve the mechanical properties of the column,and its compressive ultimate strength reached 31.08 MPa,which was 2.5 times higher than that of the PETN/paraffin column;by calculating the apparent activation energies and preexponential factors,the addition of 5%polyurea to PETN increased its thermal stability by about 3.09%,but the amplitude was slightly less than paraffin;in addition,because the density of PETN-based polyurea explosive was higher than that of PETN/paraffin explosives,resulting in a 9.9%increase in the functional power of PETN-based polyurea explosives compared with PETN/paraffin explosives.In summary,polyurea is added as a binder to PETN,which effectively improves the mechanical properties of the matrix explosive and reduces the heat sensitivity of the matrix explosive under the premise of ensuring explosive power.The above research results can provide a certain reference for the design and storage stability of PETN ammunition.
