摘  要:有限空间作业是船舶修造工程中尤为重要的环节之一,存在较高的作业风险。聚焦于船舶修造过程中的有限空间作业安全风险研究,采用三角模糊事故树的分析方法,构建船舶修造有限空间作业风险因素模型,分析导致作业事故发生因素的逻辑关系。运用三角模糊函数将基本事件发生概率转换为三角模糊数,计算得到各基本事件的模糊结构重要度。结果表明,船舶修造有限空间作业中,空间通风不足、监管失效以及作业人员安全知识缺失等是致使事故发生的关键因素,针对以上原因从开展危险源辨识、制定合理的作业程序和加强专项培训3个方面为有限空间安全作业安全管理提出了建议和措施,为改善有限空间作业的安全性提供科学依据。Confined space operations are a particularly critical aspect within shipbuilding projects,carrying elevated operational risks.This paper centers on the study of safety risks in confined space operations during shipbuilding processes.Employing the analytical approach of triangular fuzzy fault trees,we construct a risk factor model for confined space operations in shipbuilding and analyze the logical relationships that contribute to operational accidents.Triangular fuzzy functions are employed to transform the occurrence probabilities of basic events into triangular fuzzy numbers,thereby calculating the fuzzy structural importance of each basic event.The results demonstrate that insufficient ventilation,regulatory failures,and insufficient safety knowledge among personnel are key factors leading to accidents in confined space operations during shipbuilding.In light of these factors,recommendations and measures are proposed in three areas:conducting hazard identification,establishing sound operational procedures,and enhancing specialized training.These suggestions and measures provide a scientific basis for enhancing the safety of confined space operations,contributing to the improvement of safety in shipbuilding projects.
