摘 要:近年来,为减轻我国经济增长对于资源环境的压力,建设环境友好型社会,我国不断加强废旧物资循环利用体系建设。武汉市作为湖北省省会城市,是全国废旧物资循环利用的示范城市,在废旧物资循环利用体系建设方面起到引领作用。通过构建SWOT-PEST模型矩阵,深入分析武汉市废旧物资循环利用体系建设方面的内外部因素,提出武汉市应定期开展联合执法行动、将废旧物资再生回收设施纳入用地保障等7条建议,促进武汉市废旧物资循环利用体系建设。In recent years,in order to reduce the pressure of China's economic growth on resources and the environment and build an environment-friendly society,China has continuously strengthened the construction of a recycling system for waste materials.As the capital city of Hubei Province,Wuhan is a demonstration city for the recycling of waste materials in China,and plays a leading role in the construction of the recycling system of waste materials.This paper constructs a SWOT-PEST model matrix,deeply analyzes the internal and external factors in the construction of the waste materials recycling system in Wuhan,and puts forward seven suggestions that Wuhan should carry out joint law enforcement actions on a regular basis and include waste materials recycling facilities in the land use guarantee,so as to promote the construction of the waste materials recycling system in Wuhan.
