摘 要:为解决王村煤业开采条件复杂、掘进难度高、开采进度缓慢的难题,分析现有掘进工艺存在空顶距大支护结构和围岩不稳定、空顶距小作业效率较低的问题,提出在合理空顶距条件下,优化掘进支护平行快速掘进工艺,以寻求更加合理的掘进和支护作业新模式,从根本上缩短作业时间,提升掘进效率。结果表明:通过理论计算及数值模拟等方法,获得巷道最大合理空顶距,对巷道支护工艺进行合理调整优化,巷道掘进进尺均超过92m/月,在保证围岩稳定前提下,作业程序简化、成巷速度加快,实现矿井的高产高效。In order to solve the difficult problems of complex mining conditions,high excavation difficulty,and slow mining progress in Wangcun Coal Industry,it is analyzed that the existing excavation technique has the problems of support structure and surrounding rock are unstable when the empty roof distance is large,and operation efficiency is relatively low when the empty roof distance is small.It is proposed to optimize the parallel rapid excavation technique of excavation support under reasonable empty roof distance conditions,in order to seek a more reasonable new mode of excavation and support operation,fundamentally shorten the operation time,and improve excavation efficiency.The results show that through methods of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,the maximum reasonable empty roof distance of the roadway is obtained.Reasonable adjustments and optimizations are made to the roadway support technique,and each of the excavation footages of the roadway exceeds 92 m per month.Under the premise of ensuring the stability of the surrounding rock,the operation program is simplified and the speed of roadway completion is accelerated,achieving high production and igh efficiency in mines.
