摘 要:为有效提高肖家洼煤矿120804工作面采煤效率及确保作业安全,应用系统工程理论与智能化技术,进行5G+工作面智能化建设研究。在120804工作面引入地面集中控制系统、5G+远程采煤系统、采煤机记忆截割系统、液压支架控制系统和自动移架系统等关键技术,通过远距离供液和供电系统、带式输送机无人值守等辅助保障措施,优化采煤作业流程和管理模式,采用设备数据集成系统和智能诊断系统,强化设备状态监控与故障预警。结果表明,120804智能化工作面的建设有效提升了采煤效率,大幅度降低劳动强度,作业环境得到改善,促进了管理理念创新,为煤矿智能化建设提供实践案例。In order to effectively improve the coal mining efficiency and ensure operational safety of the 120804 working face in Xiaojiawa Coal Mine,the application of system engineering theory and intelligent technology is being studied for the intelligent construction of 5G+working face.Key technologies such as ground centralized control system,5G+remote coal mining system,coal mining machine memory cutting system,hydraulic support control system,automatic frame moving system and so on are introduced in the 120804 working face.Through auxiliary guarantee measures such as remote liquid supply and power supply system,unmanned belt conveyor,etc,the coal mining operation process and management mode are optimized.Equipment data integration system and intelligent diagnosis system are adopted to strengthen equipment status monitoring and fault early warning.The results show that the construction of 120804 intelligent working face has effectively improved coal mining efficiency,significantly reduced labor intensity,improved working environment,promoted management concept innovation,and provided practical cases for the intelligent construction of coal mines.
