摘  要:针对平煤十一矿采区巷道围岩受工作面末采期间采动影响后破坏严重的问题,采用理论分析、现场试验等综合方法,提出超前工作面停采线深孔预裂爆破切顶卸压护巷方案。研究表明,合理的切顶目标层位是煤层被采出后其上方主关键岩层形成的悬臂梁结构;确定了爆破关键参数,即切顶高度29.12 m、切顶孔长度31~96.6m、切顶孔直径89mm、终孔间距10m、切顶角度20.0°~61.2°、线装药密度1.5kg/m;工作面停采30 d后采区巷道趋于稳定,两帮累计变形810 mm,顶底板累计变形1090 mm,经简单返修后能继续服务接替工作面;所提出的停采线爆破切顶技术能有效控制采空区巷道变形,同时也为相似条件下巷道治理问题提供科学参考。In response to the serious damage problem of the roadway surrounding rock in the mining area of the No.11 mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal caused by the impact of mining during the final mining period of the working face,a comprehensive method including theoretical analysis,on-site testing and so on is adopted to propose a stopping mining line deep hole pre splitting blasting and roof cutting pressure relief roadway protection scheme for the advanced working face.The research shows that a reasonable roof cutting target layer is the cantilever beam structure formed by the main key rock strata above the coal seam after it is mined;The key parameters for blasting are determined,namely a roof cutting height of 29.12 m,a roof cutting hole length of 31-96.6 m,a roof cutting hole diameter of 89 mm,a final hole spacing of 10 m,a roof cutting angle of 20.0°-61.2°,and a linear charge density of 1.5 kg/m;After a 30 day stop mining on the working face,the mining area roadway tends to stabilize,with a cumulative deformation of 810 mm on both sides and 1090 mm on the roof and floor.After simple repairs,it can continue to serve and replace the working face;The proposed stopping mining line blasting and roof cutting technology can effectively control the deformation of goaf roadways,and also provide scientific reference for the governance problem of roadways under similar conditions.
