多跨抽柱门式刚架钢结构设计方法研究

摘  要:小纪汗无轨胶轮车库为小纪汗煤矿地面建筑的接续工程,总建筑面积为9100m^(2),受场地建筑物限制,需跨越既有井筒。考虑井筒运行安全性,确定抽掉部分门架柱,对抽柱门式刚架的水平导荷、托梁设计进行研究,得出按刚度比导荷的方式及托梁刚度等效的两种方法,采用弹性支座法、虚拟柱子法两种平面受力模型与有限元三维模型对抽柱刚架进行了受力分析比较。结果表明,弹性支座法和虚拟柱子法均可以较好地模拟托梁对抽柱榀刚架的支承作用,可应用于实际设计中,虚拟柱子法能更好地体现相邻榀刚架的空间作用。通过三维模型的分析,托梁处及相邻跨设置屋面纵向水平支撑,能够调节抽柱引起的刚度突变和受力集中,抽柱门式刚架设计将对类似工程提供借鉴和参考。The trackless rubber wheel garage of Xiaojihan is a continuation engineering of the ground building in Xiaojihan Coal Mine,with a total construction area of 9100 m^(2).Affected by the limitations of the site buildings,it needs to cross the existing wellhole.Considering the safety of the wellhole operation,it is determined to remove some of the portal frame columns.The horizontal guided load and joist design of the pull column portal rigid frame are studied,and two methods are obtained based on the way of stiffness ratio guided load and joist equivalent stiffness.Two plane force bearing models,elastic support method and virtual column method,and finite element 3D model are used to analyze and compare the force bearing of the pull column rigid frame.The results show that both the elastic support method and the virtual column method can simulate the supporting effect of the joist on the pull column truss rigid frame well,and can be applied in practical design.The virtual column method can better reflect the spatial effect of adjacent truss rigid frames.Through the analysis of the 3D model,the longitudinal horizontal support of the roof is set at the joist and adjacent spans,which can adjust the sudden stiffness change and force bearing concentration caused by pull column.The design of pull column portal rigid frame will provide reference and guidance for similar engineerings.
