摘  要:针对坚硬顶板型冲击地压强度大、频度高、破坏严重等问题,以哈密南湖煤矿1302工作面为背景,通过理论分析和工程实践等手段,探讨坚硬顶板型冲击地压发生机理,提出冲击危险卸压和监测防治技术。结果表明:工作面开采范围和采深增加,支承压力和弹性能积聚呈增加趋势;采动条件下坚硬顶板突然破断能够形成工作面煤岩体动载效应,诱发工作面周边区域“动-静”叠加高应力冲击地压;坚硬顶板型冲击地压防治技术包括卸压和预警,主要有煤体大直径钻孔和顶板岩层爆破卸压、应力在线监测和煤粉检测。结合现场实际设计防冲卸压、监测方案,通过工程应用实践,实现工作面支承压力向深部转移和有效降低工作面冲击危险等目标。Aiming at the problems of high intensity,high frequency,severe damage and others caused by hard roof type rock burst,taking the 1302 working face of Nanhu Coal Mine in Hami as the background,this paper explores and discusses the mechanism of hard roof type rock burst through ways of theoretical analysis,engineering practice and so on,proposes impact risk pressure relief,monitoring(inspection)prevention and control technology.The results indicate that as the mining range and mining depth of the working face increase,the support pressure and elastic energy accumulation show an increasing trend;The sudden rupture of the hard roof under mining conditions can form a dynamic load effect on the coal and rock mass of the working face,inducing the superposition of high stress rock burst in the surrounding area of the working face;The prevention and control technology for hard roof type rock burst includes pressure relief and early warning,mainly including large-diameter drilling of coal bodies and blasting and pressure relief of roof rock stratum,stress online monitoring,and coal powder detection.Based on the actual on-site,anti impact pressure relief and monitoring(inspection)schemes are designed,and through engineering application practice,achieve the goals of transferring the support pressure of the working face to the deep,effectively reducing the impact risk of the working face and others.
