金乡大蒜产业冷链物流存在的问题及解决对策

摘　　要：“中国大蒜看金乡”、“金蒜盘”等都是用来形容金乡大蒜,作为山东省乃至全国知名的大蒜种植与出口大县,金乡大蒜的生产规模居全国首位。生鲜果蔬在冷链物流运输方面的要求很高,但是金乡县冷链物流发展规模较小,专业人才匮乏,很大程度上制约了金乡大蒜的销量等,加紧改善金乡大蒜的冷链物流运输现状,为金乡大蒜提供更加便利的销售渠道。文章针对金乡大蒜冷链物流运输现状,分析了影响金乡冷链物流发展的制约因素,提出了提高基础设施条件、人才培养等促进金乡大蒜冷链物流发展的对策建议,以期为金乡大蒜创造更好的冷链物流运输条件。"Chinese Garlic from Jinxiang","Jinxiang Gold Garlic",and similar terms are used to describe the garlic produced in Jinxiang County.As a well-known garlic cultivation and export county in Shandong Province and even nationwide,Jinxiang County boasts the largest production scale of garlic in the country.Fresh fruits and vegetables have high requirements in terms of cold chain logistics transportation.However,the development of cold chain logistics in Jinxiang County is relatively small,and there is a shortage of professional talent,which greatly hinders the sales of Jinxiang garlic.It is essential to improve the current status of cold chain logistics transportation for Jinxiang garlic,providing more convenient sales channels.This article focuses on the current status of cold chain logistics transportation for Jinxiang garlic,analyzes the limiting factors affecting the development of cold chain logistics in Jinxiang,and proposes strategies and recommendations to promote the development of cold chain logistics for Jinxiang garlic,such as improving infrastructure and talent cultivation.The aim is to create better cold chain logistics transportation conditions for Jinxiang garlic.
