摘　　要：高校图书馆作为学术信息资源的重要提供者和学生学习生活的重要文化场域,是高校“三全育人”体系的重要组成部分,是高校思政工作的重要物质基础和保障,也是高校思想政治隐性教育的重要文化空间。“三全育人”格局下,在明确角色定位的基础上,高校图书馆思政育人作用的发挥,需要顺应网络思政新时代,拓展思想政治工作阵地和空间;以文化活动为载体,创新思想政治工作形式和途径;不断完善思政教育文献资源,为思政工作创造条件。University library,as an important provider of academic information resources and an important cultural field for students'study and life,is an important part of the"three-whole education"system of universities,an important material basis and guarantee for the ideological and political work of universities,and an important cultural space for ideological and political recessive education in universities.Under the pattern of"three-whole education",on the basis of clear role positioning,the play of ideological and political education role of university libraries should conform to the new era of network ideological and political work,and expand the position and space of ideological and political work;take cultural activities as the carrier to innovate the forms and ways of ideological and political work;constantly improve the literature resources of ideological and political education to create conditions for ideological and political work.
