摘　　要：针对土地整治项目后期管护,从五大维度——管护意识、制度机制、资金保障、规划设计、专业水平等方面进行分析,客观分析了土地整治项目后期管护工作存在的问题与不足的成因。针对目前存在的相关问题,提出了提升管护意识、健全制度措施、加大资金投入、抓实规划设计、建立管护队伍,提升专业水平等对策建议。Post-management and protection of land remediation projects from five dimensions,including management and protection awareness,institutional mechanisms,financial security,planning and design,and professional level were analyzed in this paper.The causes of problems and deficiencies in the post-management and protection work of land remediation projects were objectively pointed out.In response to the current relevant issues,the countermeasures and suggestions such as enhancing management and protection awareness,improving institutional measures,increasing financial investment,strengthening planning and design,establishing a management and protection team,and upgrading professional skills were proposed in this paper.
