摘 要:苍术属是菊科中重要的药用植物属,属内植物形态变异多样,种间和种下分类模糊不清。因此,明确苍术属系统分类、种间关系对属内药材资源开发利用具有重要作用。本文从苍术属系统分类、植物形态、细胞学、植物化学分类、分子系统等方面简要回顾苍术属分类研究成果,比较了不同学者对苍术属植物分类的分歧,对该属分类鉴定和种间关系进行了探讨和总结。苍术属植物形态的连续变化是植物形态分类分歧的根本原因,属内植物系统的分类要充分结合多学科或技术方法,并要考虑到资源利用的可持续性。本文结合属内药用植物的药材品质和临床用药,对苍术属植物分类研究提出了展望,以期为苍术属药用植物资源的保护利用提供参考。Within the Asteraceae family of plants,the genus Atractylodes was an important medicinal plant genus.The genus had a wide variety of species morphologies,and its interspecies and subspecies classifications were unclear.Therefore,it was important to clarify the systematic classification,interspecific and genetic relationships of members of Atractylodes for the development and utilization of the medicinal resources within the genus.This study provided a brief overview of the findings from systematic classification,plant morphology,cytology,phytochemical classification,molecular system,and other areas of the Atractylodes genus classification research.It compared the differences in the classification of the Atractylodes genus among different scholars,explored and summarized the classification,identification,and interspecific relationships of the genus.The continuous changes of plant morphology in Atractylodes were the fundamental reason for the divergence in plant morphology classification.The classification of plant systems within the genus should fully integrate multidisciplinary or technical methods,and consider the sustainability of resource utilization.This paper combined the medicinal quality and clinical use of medicinal plants within the genus Atractylodes to propose prospects for the classification research of Atractylodes plants,in order to provide reference for the protection and utilization of Atractylodes medicinal plant resources.
