摘 要:工业熔炼炉通常需要在极高的温度下运行,这会导致传感器和控制设备的损耗和寿命问题。同时,高温环境下的热辐射和辐射热会对控制系统产生不利影响。另外,熔炼过程中可能受到原材料的变化、气氛的波动、燃料的供应等因素的影响,这会导致温度控制系统的不稳定性。基于以上问题,工业熔炼炉温度控制系统的设计领域仍具有广阔的发展前景,为工业制造业提供更智能、高效和可持续的解决方案。本研究中,深入研究了PID(比例-积分-微分)控制算法的应用,以及Step7V5.3软件和西门子PLC自带的连续温度控制器FB58"TCON_CP"在工业熔炼炉中的有效性。通过合理调整PID控制算法中的比例(P)、积分(I)、微分(D)参数,我们成功实现了温度的高精度和稳定性,有效消除了温度波动和持续性偏差。未来,希望可以借助更为智能化的技术以实现自适应的温度控制系统。同时推动持续性和环保发展以减少资源浪费和环境负担。Industrial melting furnaces typically need to operate at extremely high temperatures,which can lead to wear and life problems for sensors and control equipment.At the same time,thermal radiation and radiant heat in high temperature environments can adversely affect the control system.In addition,the melting process may be affected by factors such as changes in raw materials,fluctuations in atmosphere,and fuel supply,which will lead to instability of the temperature control system.Based on the above problems,the design field of industrial melt-ing furnace temperature control system still has broad prospects for development,providing more intelligent,efficient and sustainable solutions for industrial manufacturing.In this study,the application of PID(proportional-integral-differential)control algorithm and the effectiveness of Step7V5.3 software and Siemens PLC continuous temperature controller FB58"TCON_CP"in industrial melting furnaces are studied in depth.By adjusting the proportional(P),integral(I)and differential(D)parameters in PID control algorithm,we successfully achieved high pre-cision and stability of temperature,and effectively eliminated temperature fluctuations and persistent deviations.In the future,it is hoped that more intelligent technologies can be used to achieve adaptive temperature control systems.At the same time,promote sustainable and environ-mentally friendly development to reduce resource waste and environmental burden.
