摘  要:转炉一次烟气通过汽化冷却烟道回收余热,从而产生大量蒸汽,该蒸汽最理想的应用场所就是转炉车间。以某转炉中控楼的蒸汽溴化锂制冷系统为例,主要介绍了中控楼的冷负荷分布、制冷系统的设计,以及相关的保障和辅助措施,并对电动制冷与蒸汽溴化锂制冷进行了比较。对于两座转炉所配套的中控楼,夏季冷负荷约为260kW,溴化锂制冷机组的蒸汽消耗量约为290kg/h。制冷站设置在中控楼附近,采用定流量水系统。制冷机组无需考虑备用,当制冷机组发生故障需要检修时,可临时采用机械通风的方式排除电气室余热。与电制冷相比,蒸汽溴化锂制冷的节电效果十分明显,可在1年以内收回初次投资。The gas channel for vaporization cooling is used to recover waste heat from the primary gas of the BOF,which generates a large a-mount of steam.The most ideal application location for this steam is the BOF plant.Taking the steam lithium bromide refrigeration system of a certain BOF central control building as an example,this article mainly introduces the cooling load distribution of the central control building,the design of the refrigeration system,and relevant guarantee and auxiliary measures.It also compares electric refrigeration with steam lithium bromide refrigeration.For the central control building matched with two set of BOF,the summer cooling load is about 260kW and the steam consumption of steam lithium bromide refrigeration is about 290 kg/h.The refrigeration station is located near the central control building and adopts a constant flow water system.The refrigeration unit does not need to be considered as a backup.When the refrigeration unit malfunc-tions and needs maintenance,mechanical ventilation can be temporarily used to remove residual heat from the electrical room.Compared with electric refrigeration,the energy-saving effect of steam lithium bromide refrigeration is very obvious,and the initial investment can be recov-ered within one year.
